An integral member of the Roosters Tarsha Gale Cup team, 17-year-old Tavarna Papalii is a new addition to the Club’s NRLW squad. The young lock was named Player of the Match in the 2023 decider after guiding her team to the Premiership and is the incumbent Australian Schoolgirls captain. Unfortunately, Papalii sustained a season-ending ACL and MCL injury while playing representative football, and has been ruled out of the 2023 NRLW season.
